Event/Wedding Enhancements

DIVINE & ELEGANT Design Service - $999
Are you looking for that extra “wow” factor to your event?  Our Divine & Elegant design service is absolutely the way to create this ambience!   Heather Patterson is known for her attention to detail and creative design.  She will visit your selected location(s) with you to create an amazing look for your wedding.  Utilizing various items such as lighting, linens, rentals, and other tools – the final creation will be a true reflection of you for this special occasion.   

Various items such as lighting, linens, rentals, floral, or other décor are not included in the cost of your service, unless these are items that Divine & Elegant Events has on hand and available for use.  Otherwise, these items must be retained individually with the proper vendor. 

Unless other arrangements have been made, client(s) are responsible for making certain that the items are delivered to the correct location(s) in adequate time for setup.  Client(s) must also make the arrangements for the return of the items to the vendor(s), unless the Errand Service enhancement has been added to the service contract.

NOTE: This option is included with Package 3.

Rehearsal Luncheon/Dinner Planning & Coordination - $349
Does your event/wedding need rehearsal planning and coordination that will be memorable?  We will assist you with finding the precise location, menu selections, and detailed touches to make this a pre-event/wedding get together a pleasurable and relaxing time.  Three (3) hours of onsite management is included.

NOTE: This option is included with Package 2.

Errand Service - $75 per hour (2 hour minimum)
This service includes the “little” extras involved with an wedding. Errand service includes the pick-up or drop off for items such as guest bags at the hotel locations, return of tuxedos, and the return of small rental items (ex. cake stands or fountains).  

NOTE: This option is included with Package 3.

Welcome Box/Gift Bags - $7 per box/bag *minimum of 50 packages

Events – Provide your guests with items custom for your event whether it is a conference, birthday, family reunion, baby shower, etc.  Items may be included such as itinerary of events, bottled water, snacks, a sweet treat, logo items, pen, pencil, note pad, a thank to note, stress relief gift, etc.   

 *Logo/Trademarked items will need to be provided by the company.    

Wedding – This provides out of town guest with an inviting, pleasant way to start their stay.  We will include maps, bottled water, snacks, a sweet treat, ideas for things to do, itinerary of events for your special occasion, and a thank toy note from the couple.  

NOTE: This option is included with Package 2.

Honeymoon Suite Décor - $175
Allow us to create a divine sanctuary for you to enjoy your first evening together.  The honeymoon suite décor is a perfect touch to an extraordinary day.

  1. Couple may choose sparkling wine or sparkling cider.
  2. Couple may choose loose rose petals or two dozen roses (color choices: red, white, or pink).
  3. Available only within a 10-mile radius of reception site.

Candy Buffet Display – $399
Candy buffet display includes candy and the use of glass containers, serving dishes, scoops, and risers with this enhancement.

“Goodie Basket” – $99
This is a selection of beverages and goodies for the client(s) only at your wedding to enjoy (excludes alcohol beverages).

Restroom Amenity Baskets – $60 per basket
Allow us to provide those important extras to ensure you and your guests are comfortable during this special occasion.  The clients will have the option which venue site(s) the baskets will be used.  Each basket will include gender specific items and quality paper hand towels.  Cost includes all items, baskets, setup, and signage.
