Event/Wedding Packages


Package 1 - Day of Coordination

Day of Coordination package is the ideal option for the client(s) who desires to handle each step of the event/wedding planning process themselves, but wishes to enjoy their event/wedding without the stress of the “day of” details and issues that may arise.

Within this package, Divine & Elegant Events is on hand to ensure your desires for the day of your event/wedding are implemented in the way which you would like them.  Starting at 3-4 weeks prior (earlier in some cases) to your event/wedding, we will gladly assist you with the following:

  • 1 to 2 hour consultation meeting to have a clear understanding of your vision, goals, expectations, and requirements for your event/wedding.

  • Be available to answer any questions you may have.

  • Review & negotiation wedding Contract/Agreement.

  • Provide up to two (2) planning meetings to determine the aspects and overall creation of your event/wedding (in-person or teleconference).

  • Unlimited phone calls (within normal business hours 9:00am-6:00pm) and e-mail access to consultant.

  • Walkthrough of wedding location(s).

  • Acquire vendor contracts from you to confirm each of the items and services you contracted for are provided.

  • Confirmation of all vendor delivery dates, times, locations, services contracted for one (1) week prior to the event/wedding.

  • Coordinate vendor set-up and act as your representative at the location site to ensure your vision is implemented appropriately.

  • Rehearsal Direction (1 hour).

  • Basic event/wedding itinerary for vendors.

  • Basic event/wedding itinerary for wedding party participants.

  • Make certain tables and stage areas are set up according to the floor plan.

  • Inspect powder rooms/restrooms before guests arrive.

  • Organize with the master of ceremonies or DJ to make certain your event/wedding will flow smoothly from start to finish (announcement of special guest’s arrival, toasts, cake cutting, etc.)

  • Greet guests that may arrive late.

  • Secure gifts with caretaker of your choice.

  • Assist you and your family with any matters that may arise during the event/wedding.

  • One (1) event/wedding information letter for important members during the planning process.

  • Comprehensive Event/Wedding Day Management (includes supervision at location(s), direction of setup at event/wedding sites and placement of simple decor items such as place cards, favors, guest book, unity candles and the like).​


Package 2 - Partial Coordination

​Partial Coordination package is the perfect opportunity for the client(s) who desires to handle most of the event/wedding planning process but requires having assistance from an event/wedding planner.  Partial Coordination has been precisely created for the bride, groom, and their families who desire to enjoy each moment of this exciting time.  Within this package, Divine & Elegant Events is available to assist and implement details in the way you would like them. 

In addition to the items listed in Day of Coordination, we will gladly assist you with the following:

  • Provide up to four (4) planning meetings to determine the aspects and overall creation of your event/wedding (in-person or teleconference).

  • Unlimited phone calls (within 6:00am - 10:00pm) and e-mail access to consultant.

  • Rehearsal luncheon/dinner planning & three (3) hour onsite management.

  • Vendor recommendations & referrals based on your event/wedding needs and requirements.

  • Limited assistance with scheduling appointments and attending meetings with vendors.

  • Basic décor & design development assistance (to include basis installation as needed).

  • Assistance and advice with stationery selection and wording.

  • Three (3) event/wedding information letters for important members during the planning process.

  • Two (2) restroom amenity baskets and quality paper hand towels for reception location.


Package 3 - Complete Planning 

This package is the intended for the client(s) who does not have the time to handle each step of the event/wedding planning process.  The Complete Planning package gives the client(s) the option to have an event/wedding of their hearts desire without the stress that accompanies with the planning process.  Complete Planning incorporates Packages 1 & 2 with additional details to create your event/wedding. 

With the purchase of this package, we will gladly assist you with the following:

  • Regular planning meetings to determine the aspects and overall creation of your event/wedding (in person or teleconference).

  • Unlimited phone calls and e-mail access to consultant.

  • Determine financial limitations.

  • Budget creation, implementation, and management during the entire planning process

  • Customized “Divine & Elegant” design service to include total event/event/wedding design concept and décor.

  • Provide reminders for the client(s).

  • Vendor recommendations & referrals based on your event/wedding requirements.

  • Assistance with locating appropriate event/wedding location(s).

  • Schedule appointments and attend meetings with vendors and location site managers.

  • Follow up with selected vendors during the planning process.

  • Provide assistance with transportation logistics and management. 

  • Assistance with obtaining lodging for out-of-town guests.

  • Advisement and recommendations for event/wedding music/entertainment.

  • Assistance with the selection of event/wedding favors.

  • Assist with gathering guest list and addresses.

  • Plan seating arrangements for the event/wedding.

  • Create a list of certain photographs you would like taken by the photographer.

  • Detailed event/wedding itinerary for vendors.

  • Detailed event/wedding itinerary for event/wedding party participants.

  • Rehearsal luncheon/dinner planning & three (3) hour onsite management.

  • Errand service (return of small, event/wedding related items).

  • Theme development and assembly of welcome packages/gift bags for guests (Materials not included).

  • Mailing of event/wedding invitations & announcements.

  • Design development, assistance, and advice with stationery selection and wording.

  • Assistance with selection of unity candle or unity sand, guest book, pen, ring bearer pillow, flower girl basket, and card box.

  • Complimentary use of in-house frames and other small décor for the event/event/wedding.

  • Four (4) event/event/wedding information letters for important members during the planning process.


Package 4 - Destination (by request) 

The package is available for clients who desire to have a destination event/wedding for their family and friends outside of their home state or country.  The destination package incorporates Packages 1, 2, and 3  with additional details to allow for a smooth destination planning experience.   
 

  • Advisement on travel related issues.
  • Assistance with necessary travel/marriage documents (for weddings outside the United States).
  • Assistance with related onsite social events (welcome party, rehearsal dinner, etc.).



Travel/lodging costs for the planner and her assistants are the responsibility of the client(s) (a pre-event site inspection is required for all destination events/weddings.  This is with the client(s) and the planner, no assistants needed.)  Our destination event/wedding planning team is in possession of current US passports.
